You can direct your callers to your
operator extension if they remain
idle without responding to the Auto
Attendant.
The auto attendant will play the
welcome greeting twice to prompt the
user before forwarding the call to
the operator extension. Simply
select the extension where all the
calls should be routed to. You may
also choose to disconnect the call
if the caller is unresponsive.

greetings depending on the time when
the call is received. The caller is
made aware that the business is
closed if he or she calls during
non-business hours. Often, normal
business hours are stated in the
greeting for the caller to know when
he or she should call the next day
if need persists. You can choose

even select the working hours (with
time zone) and working days of your
